Payment Terms

Only on-site payment is accepted; payment must be made at the facility. You may complete your reservation payment in cash or by bank transfer.

Transfer Policy

Guests not present at the designated time and meeting point will not receive additional waiting time, and tour fees will not be refunded. For more details, please refer to our “Cancellation and Refund Policy.”
Transfers are provided only from Avanos, Göreme, and Çavuşin. Pick-up guests must be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
We do not offer transfers from Ürgüp, Mustafapaşa, Ayvalı, Nar, İbrahimpaşa, Uçhisar, or Ortahisar.

Boarding Arrangement

• Each rider is assigned one horse.
• Children 7 years and older may ride alone under guide supervision; children under 7 are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Horses are selected by the Doğa Binicilik Merkezi team based on each rider’s skill level.
• Riders weighing over 100 kg cannot participate.
• The tour is suitable for amateur riders.

Tour Rules & Safety

• Riding speed, stops, and rest breaks are determined by the group leader.
• Leaders are responsible for ensuring a safe, smooth experience.
• Participants who ignore the rules or endanger themselves, their horse, or the group will be removed from the tour without refund.

Health Requirements

• Participants must confirm they have no medical condition preventing them from riding. The following conditions disqualify participation:
• Chronic heart or vascular diseases
• Panic disorder
• Severe hypertension or diabetes
• Pregnancy or any other condition posing a health risk
